Construction Compliance for Every Trade

Frequently asked questions

Does this work for sole traders as well as larger firms?

Yes — The Site Book is designed for single-person sole traders up to construction firms with 20+ workers. The Starter plan covers one active project for solo contractors; Pro unlocks unlimited projects and users for growing teams.

What team size does it support?

Pro supports unlimited users on your account — workers, subs, office admins. Business adds priority support and custom templates for larger teams. There's no per-seat pricing: one flat monthly or annual fee covers everyone.

Do I need a health and safety background to use it?

No. The generators do the CDM 2015 heavy lifting for you — the wizard asks about the job in plain English, not jargon. You review and edit the generated RAMS/CPP before downloading; no prior H&S qualifications required.

Is this only for principal contractors?

No. Sole traders, subcontractors, principal contractors, and principal designers all fit. Subcontractors use it to produce their own RAMS before going on site; principal contractors use it to manage the full CPP, F10 notification, and subcontractor paperwork.

What's the difference between a builder and a contractor tier?

There isn't one — The Site Book doesn't split its plans by job title. Pricing is tied to the features you need (single project vs. unlimited, branding, export tools), not to whether you call yourself a builder, contractor, or principal contractor.

Don't see your trade?

The Site Book works for any construction activity. Describe your job and we create the right documents — whatever your trade.
