Team logins without sharing one account
Business includes up to 10 internal team logins for the owner, office admin, supervisor or manager who help run the jobs. Any invited seat can be a Site Supervisor instead: a field-only login limited to assigned sites or projects, with Site Diary, Inspections, Incidents and Photos plus a restricted Crew tab for sign-off PIN resets.
Site files in one place
Put drawings, RAMS, CPPs, procedures and emergency information where assigned site users can see the latest version.
Attendance and live people-on-site
Workers, subcontractors and visitors can check in and out, giving you a live view and an attendance history for site records.
Evidence around the paperwork
Track document review history, subcontractor evidence, inspections and corrective actions around the same job record. Name an approver who has to accept a version before it is issued or sent to workers to sign.
Optional PIN check for shared-link sign-off
Require each worker's 4-digit PIN before they sign from the shared crew link. Five wrong attempts lock that name for 15 minutes, and the record shows PIN verified. It does not change attendance or claim biometric proof.

- Worker document signing has no per-signature charge. A worker added to a project is included in the active portal-user count, not the internal team-login allowance.
- Optional worker sign-off PINs for shared-link document signing, with five-attempt lockout, owner/admin or assigned Site Supervisor reset, and PIN-verified audit evidence.
- Site attendance, live people-on-site view, site files, shareable update links and email notifications.

Questions growing builders ask about Business
- Is Business different from Pro?
- Yes. Pro is for one person running the paperwork. Business adds up to 10 internal team logins, site portal access, attendance, site files and priority support.
- Who gets a login?
- Business includes up to 10 internal team logins. The owner's own login keeps full access, and any invited seat can be a Site Supervisor instead. They see only the saved sites or one-off projects assigned on the Team page, with Site Diary, Inspections and corrective actions, Incidents and Photos plus a restricted Crew tab showing worker names and PIN status with one action: Reset PIN. They cannot see documents, worker contact details, edit workers, or open Team, settings or billing. Up to 50 active site portal users can access the jobs assigned to them without taking one of those internal logins. Worker document signing is not billed per signature, but a worker added to a project is represented as an active portal user while assigned there and is included in that allowance.
- How do worker sign-off PINs work?
- On Business and above, owners or admins can optionally require a 4-digit PIN when workers sign documents from the shared crew link. Each worker chooses their own PIN; five wrong attempts lock that name for 15 minutes, and an owner, admin or assigned Site Supervisor can reset it. Successful records say PIN verified. PINs do not affect attendance and are an extra shared-link identity check, not biometric proof.
- What happens when we reach 50 active portal users?
- The allowance is account-wide across active project assignments. Deactivate someone who no longer needs live access to free a slot without deleting their recorded sign-off and attendance history. If more than 50 people need access at once, contact us to discuss raising the account limit; there is no published per-user add-on price.
- Do I lose my records if I cancel?
- No. You can cancel from settings, export your data and keep read-only access to your records after the paid plan ends.
- When do I need Site Control instead?
- Choose Site Control if you're a principal contractor controlling induction and access across live, multi-contractor sites. It's a separate per-site, walkthrough-led offer.
