Site Control · our premium tier
Know exactly who is on every site, and prove it.
Per-site contractor access and CDM compliance for principal contractors running live sites. The per-site enterprise tier above Business — entrance QR sign-in, induction gating, CSCS checks, live attendance, RFIs and audit-grade exports, with the full UK CDM pack generated in the same tool.
From £675/site per month, plus £5,000 setup · per active site, unlimited workers · no hardware
The clipboard at the gate is the thing that fails the audit
Running live sites with subcontractors is a different problem from a single job. These are the four that bite principal contractors.
A paper signing-in book is not an audit trail
When a client, an auditor or the HSE asks who was on site three Tuesdays ago, a smudged clipboard in the cabin is not an answer. You need a record that was captured automatically, not reconstructed after the fact.
You can't see who is actually on site right now
Subcontractors come and go across several live sites. Without a live people-on-site view you are guessing at headcount for a fire roll-call — and hoping the induction actually happened.
Out-of-date CSCS cards slip through
Checking cards by eye at the gate doesn't scale across multiple companies. An expired card or a missed induction is the exact thing that surfaces in an investigation.
Turnstiles are capex you don't want on every job
Hardware access control means readers, gates and an install on every site. On a fit-out or a fast-moving programme that is cost and delay you can't justify per project.
From the gate to the audit, in six steps
One QR at the entrance drives the whole chain of evidence — every step recorded automatically.
- 1
QR sign-in
Every site gets a permanent entrance QR. Workers, visitors and subcontractors scan to sign in from their own phone — no app install, no clipboard.
- 2
Induction gate
The digital site induction must be completed before anyone is checked in. No induction, no entry — recorded automatically.
- 3
CSCS check
CSCS and other credentials are captured at sign-in, reviewed, and flagged before they expire, so you know who is qualified to be on site.
- 4
Attendance
See live people-on-site and a full attendance history. Know exactly who is on each site, right now, for H&S and fire-roll-call records.
- 5
RFIs
Raise and answer RFIs with version-specific document-review evidence, so questions and the documents they relate to stay tied together.
- 6
Audit
Export audit-grade attendance, induction, credential and review evidence on demand — the pack you hand to a client, auditor or the HSE.
Everything Site Control does on every site
A per-site contractor-access layer, built on top of the full Business and Pro product.
Permanent entrance QR & contractor self-join
Print one QR for the site entrance. Workers and visitors scan to sign in and out from their own phone, and a new subcontractor company self-joins behind the same QR — uploading its workers and credentials without you keying anything in.
Induction gating before check-in
The digital site induction is a hard gate: no one is checked in until it is complete and acknowledged. Every induction is timestamped against the person and the site, so you can prove the gate held — on every worker, every visitor, every day.
CSCS capture, review & expiry alerts
Credentials are captured at sign-in and surfaced for review, with 90/30/7-day expiry alerts so an out-of-date card is flagged before it reaches the gate — not discovered in an audit.
Live people-on-site & attendance history
A live people-on-site view for fire roll-call, plus a full check-in/out history per site. Know exactly who is on each site right now, across every contractor company on the job.
RFIs with version-specific review evidence
Raise, attach, comment on, answer and close RFIs — tied to the exact document version they question. The query and the drawing or method statement it relates to stay linked, not lost in an email thread between two tools.
Multi-contractor-company data isolation
Each contractor company is its own tenant behind the entrance QR, with test-verified data separation: a subcontractor manages only its own workforce and records, and never sees another company's data. You see everything across the site from one dashboard.
Audit-grade exports on demand
Export attendance CSVs, monthly H&S CSV/PDF and project audit-log exports whenever a client, auditor or the HSE asks. The pack you hand over is the same data the gate already captured.
The full CDM pack, in the same tool
Site Control includes everything in Business and Pro — RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, COSHH, method statements, inductions and toolbox talks — so the plan you are accountable for and the evidence that proves you followed it live in one place.
It still generates the whole CDM pack
Site Control includes everything in Business and Pro
The access layer sits on top of the full product. You keep generating RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, COSHH and inductions, the team logins and the whole site portal — and add the per-site contractor gate, attendance and audit exports.
- Permanent entrance QR sign-in and contractor company self-join
- Induction gating that blocks check-in until it is complete
- CSCS credential capture, review and expiry alerts at the gate
- Live people-on-site across every contractor company on the job
- RFIs tied to version-specific document-review evidence
- Test-verified multi-contractor-company data isolation
- Audit-grade attendance, induction and credential exports
- Per active site pricing with unlimited workers on each

Who Site Control is for
The sweet spot
A principal contractor running one or more active sites who must generate the CDM pack, control who is inducted and on site, run RFIs, and produce audit-ready attendance and H&S exports — with several subcontractor companies per site and no appetite for turnstile hardware.
Per active site, unlimited workers (around 75+ is typical), multiple contractor companies per site.
Where another tool fits better
We would rather tell you up front. Site Control is not:
- Biometric turnstiles or physical perimeter access control — it runs on a phone, not hardware, so it does not lock a Tier-1 gate the way MSite or Biosite do.
- CIS payroll or GPS-geofenced clock-in — payroll-accuracy-led buyers may prefer a dedicated time-and-attendance tool.
- Plant/asset management or workforce scheduling — adjacent operations tools cover those.
Running a single domestic job? Pro or Business is the right fit.
Per active site, unlimited workers
From £675/site per month, plus £5,000 setup
- 1–3 sites
- £675/siteper month
- 4–9 sites
- £595/siteper month
- 10+ sites
- £495/siteper month
Plus a one-off £5,000 setup. Volume pricing reduces the per-site rate as you run more live sites. Quote-led and sized to your portfolio — scale sites up and down as projects start and finish.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- Site Control is billed per active site per month, plus a one-off setup. We agree the right number of sites with you up front, and you scale sites up or down as your live projects change — talk to us about the terms that fit your portfolio.
- How fast can a site go live?
- Once your account is set up, a new site is live as soon as you print its entrance QR. There is no hardware to install — workers sign in, complete the induction and are checked in from their own phones the same day.
- Do you replace turnstiles or hardware?
- No hardware is required. Site Control runs entirely on a permanent entrance QR and the worker's phone, so it works on the smallest fit-out as well as a fenced principal-contractor site — no gates, readers or turnstiles to buy or maintain. It does not provide biometric or physical perimeter access control.
- How do you keep one contractor company's data separate from another's?
- Each contractor company is onboarded as its own tenant behind the site's entrance QR, with test-verified data isolation: a subcontractor manages its own workers and records and never sees another company's data. You, as principal contractor, see everything across the site from a single dashboard.
- Do my subcontractors need to install an app?
- No. Workers, visitors and subcontractors scan the permanent entrance QR and sign in from their own phone — no app install and no clipboard. The induction and CSCS gate runs in the browser, so a new contractor company can be inducting workers within minutes of joining the site.
- How is per-site pricing calculated?
- From £675/site per month, plus £5,000 setup. You pay per active site, with unlimited workers on each, and the per-site rate reduces as you run more sites — see the volume tiers above.
- Does it handle CDM paperwork too?
- Yes. Site Control includes everything in our Business and Pro plans, including UK CDM document generation — RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, COSHH, method statements, inductions and more — alongside the per-site access and attendance layer.
- Where is the data hosted?
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the UK, and handled in line with UK GDPR. The audit-grade exports are yours to download whenever you need them.
- Do workers need a native app?
- No. The entrance QR flow works from any phone's browser, so a worker can sign in and complete the induction without installing anything.
