Pro gives one account owner the full document system. Business adds the practical operating layer for builder-run firms with supervisors, office support, subcontractors, visitors and people moving on and off site — including 10–50-person teams without a dedicated H&S department.
The plan is structured around management users operating the system and workers using the project portal. Read the active portal-user guide for the definitions, retention rules and current capacity behaviour.
Shared office control
Owners and admins can manage the team, site users, project access and Business evidence workflows. Members can use shared project and document access without changing billing or account setup.
Site access and attendance
Portal users can be assigned to projects, check in and out, and view the site information they need. The account keeps live people-on-site visibility and attendance history for H&S records.
Files, updates and notifications
Publish site files, drawings, procedures, RAMS, CPPs and emergency information to assigned portal users. Notify selected people or everyone active on the site when something changes.

- What happens after my free project?
- Your first project stays in your account. When you are ready for project two, upgrade to Pro and carry on without setting everything up again.
- What does the Business plan include?
- Business is for builder-run firms that need shared office logins and controlled site access around their CDM paperwork. It includes everything in Pro, up to 10 internal team logins, up to 50 active site portal users, site attendance, live people-on-site visibility, site files, notifications, document review history, subcontractor evidence records, inspections and corrective actions. Worker document signing has no per-signature charge. A worker added to a project is included in the active portal-user total while assigned there, rather than using an internal team login.
- What happens when Business reaches 50 active portal users?
- The allowance is account-wide across active project assignments. Deactivate someone who no longer needs live access to free a slot without deleting their recorded sign-off and attendance history. If more than 50 people need access at once, contact us to discuss raising the account limit. There is no published per-user add-on price.
