No. Site attendance in The Site Book is for H&S visibility, emergency roll call and audit evidence. It records who is checked in to a project/site and when they checked out. It is not built as payroll, working-time calculation or biometric timekeeping software.
Business accounts can add site portal users such as workers, subcontractors, visitors, delivery contacts, consultants, inspectors and other site participants. They are separate from internal team logins, so they can use the site portal without counting against the 5 internal Business seats.
Yes. The project Site Access area includes live attendance, recent attendance history and CSV export. The intent is to give the person responsible for H&S a quick view of people on site and a retained record when they need to evidence site attendance.
