The H&S view shows current people on site and attendance history. In an evacuation, snapshot everyone on site into a muster list, mark each person safe, and export a roll-call PDF.

Site attendance questions
Is this payroll or timekeeping software?
No. Site attendance in The Site Book is for H&S visibility, emergency roll call and audit evidence. It records who is checked in to a project/site and when they checked out. It is not built as payroll, working-time calculation or biometric timekeeping software.
Who can check in and out?
Business accounts can add site portal users such as workers, subcontractors, visitors, delivery contacts, consultants, inspectors and other site participants. They are separate from internal team logins, so they can use the site portal without counting against the 10 internal Business seats.
Can I export the attendance history?
Yes. The project Site Access area includes live attendance, recent attendance history and CSV export. The intent is to give the person responsible for H&S a quick view of people on site and a retained record when they need to evidence site attendance.
Does it help with an emergency roll-call?
Yes. When you trigger an evacuation, The Site Book snapshots everyone currently checked in into a muster list. You mark each person safe as they reach the assembly point, and afterwards export a roll-call PDF as evidence. The live people-on-site view becomes a proper, recorded muster — not a name scribbled on a clipboard.
