Yes. Business costs £199/month and includes 10 office or site-management logins plus 50 active portal users. Project workers count in that account-wide total, but worker setup is designed not to stop site work: if a project worker takes the account over the included allowance, the application raises the account cap and records the overage for a capacity conversation. Manual portal-user activation at a reached cap still requires deactivating someone or an agreed limit increase. Site Control is chosen for its per-site gate and contractor-access workflow, not simply because a firm has more than 50 workers.
Do workers who sign documents cost extra?
Worker document signing is not billed per signature or as an internal team login. When a worker is added to a project, The Site Book gives them a worker portal identity for that job and includes them in the active portal-user total while they are assigned there. Business includes 10 internal logins and up to 50 active portal users.
What happens when we reach 50 active portal users?
The 50-user allowance is account-wide across active project assignments, not 50 on every project. Deactivate a person who no longer needs live access to free a slot; their existing identity and recorded sign-off or attendance history remain. If more than 50 people need access at the same time, contact The Site Book to discuss raising the account limit. There is no published per-user add-on price, so ask for a written quote before relying on a larger allowance.
