Site file questions
Is this formal drawing revision control?
No. The first release is a practical site-file portal for drawings, plans, H&S documents, RAMS, CPPs, procedures and emergency information. It helps the right people see the right files, but it is not a formal drawing register, submittal workflow or revision-control system.
Who can see uploaded site files?
Internal team members manage files from the project Site Access area. Portal users only see files for the projects/sites they are assigned to, and only where the file is visible in the portal. They cannot browse unrelated projects or account settings.
Can I notify people about a file update?
Yes. Site files support email notifications where the portal user has an email address, plus copyable portal links for manual SMS, WhatsApp or site-message forwarding. The aim is to make important file and procedure updates easier to share.
