Create the talk

On a phone, the Step 1 of 3 · Select Topic bar above the wizard shows where you are — tap it to list all three steps and jump back to any you've completed.

   Select Topic — search the library or write your own.

   Around 90 topics grouped by category — working at height, manual handling, silica dust and the rest. Select several to batch-create.

   Review Content — check the AI-tailored key safety points, do's, don'ts and comprehension questions.

   Click Recreate for a fresh take, or act on "Make it more site-specific" suggestions.

3. 3

   Record Who's delivering this talk?, the delivery date and duration, then click Create Toolbox Talk.

What the AI tailoring will and won't say

The AI tailors each talk from your project's own details — it never asserts site facts your project doesn't record (roads, parking, existing facilities), never invents people's names, and never ranks risks ("the biggest risk…"). Anything unknown is phrased as a check to make or marked "to be confirmed". Fill in your project and site details first for the most site-specific talk, and review the content before you create it.

Deliver and collect signatures

   Run the briefing from the document.

   Click Collect Signatures on the talk's page.

   The deliverer signs first, then each attendee: name (with worker search), company, signature — Sign & Next for the next person, Finish when done. On a phone, Collect Signatures is the one button kept on the page — the other actions (Download, Share, Regenerate) are behind the Document menu button under the title.

   Someone missing? Use Share link for remote attendees, or let them sign via the crew link.

   Every generated talk also appears on each worker's portal with a required sign-off — the Worker Sign-Off panel shows who's still pending.
